Dance in Laon: “Let’s Go!”

I am flagging this evening even though it is full, because it says a lot about the appetite for dance in Laon. On Wednesday 9 December 2026 at 20:30, nine dancers take the stage of the salle des fêtes at the Maison des Arts et Loisirs, known as the MAL, 2 place Aubry, for « Let's go ! ».

Each of them brings their own stories and identity, and the piece is presented as a journey that is both intimate and universal. The organisers describe it as a crossroads of energies, a collective adventure where differences become a strength and dance turns into a visceral language. It relies on visual power and bold staging, and it is meant to be interactive: the audience is no longer a mere witness but a partner in this poetic journey.

The performance lasts 1h15, until 21:45. Advertised prices are 20 € adult rate and 8 € child rate, but tickets are gone. For questions, the MAL can be reached on +33 3 23 22 86 86 or at mal@ville-laon.fr. The official sources do not name the dance company.
