Service rules
Terms of use
Detailed rules protecting visitors, accounts, businesses, local authorities, organisers and NLocale’s editorial independence.
Current version: 2026-10-02 · 1.6
Section 1
Purpose and operator details
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of NLocale: its public website, local discovery search, place and activity listings, events calendar, forms, account areas, dashboards and digital assistance features.
NLocale is published and operated by JAK MOOH, a French single-member simplified joint-stock company registered with the Rouen Trade and Companies Register under number 105 005 334. Its NLocale editorial office and correspondence address are at 4 rue Paul Doumer, 02000 Laon. Contact: nadege@nlocale.fr.
Section 2
Definitions
- User: anyone who visits or uses NLocale.
- Account holder: an authenticated user with a personal account area.
- Business: a listed company, craft business, farm, shop, restaurant, bar, café, holiday cottage, guesthouse, hotel or other operator.
- Local authority: a municipality, public body, tourist office or territorial organisation using a dedicated account area.
- Organisation: an entity to which one or more account holders are attached, with distinct roles.
- Organiser: a person or entity responsible for an event published on NLocale.
- Content: any text, data, image, video, document, editorial review, message, link or information available on the service.
- Tata Nadège: NLocale’s public editorial identity. Tonton Jak is the professional AI assistant, used within account permissions and activated features.
- Direct enquiry: a message sent to a business or organiser by email, link or social network from NLocale.
Section 3
Scope and contractual documents
The Terms apply to visitors, account holders, businesses, local authorities and organisers in relation to the parts of the service they use. They supplement the legal notice and privacy policy.
A paid plan, editorial workshop, bespoke service, local authority agreement or future booking feature may be subject to terms of sale, a quotation, an order form or specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific document accepted for the relevant service takes precedence over these Terms.
Section 4
Acceptance, evidence and applicable version
Browsing the website requires compliance with the applicable usage rules. Creating an account, claiming a listing, joining an organisation or publishing content requires explicit acceptance of the Terms through the mechanism provided in the interface.
The applicable version is the one accepted or in force at the time of the relevant use. Where an account exists, NLocale retains the date and version accepted. Previous versions may be requested by email. Users who do not accept the Terms must not use features that require their acceptance.
Section 5
Legal capacity and authority to act
The user declares that they have the necessary legal capacity. Anyone acting for a business, association, organiser or local authority warrants that they are authorised to bind or administer that entity within the scope of the requested role.
NLocale may request evidence of authority, professional identity, registration, an official domain or any other information reasonably necessary to prevent impersonation. Refusal or inability to verify this authority may result in a claim being rejected or an account being restricted.
Section 6
Service access and technical requirements
Public browsing is generally free, excluding connection costs. Some features are restricted to an account, role, geographical area or particular plan. Users must have compatible equipment, an up-to-date browser and an internet connection.
NLocale may develop, add, remove or test features. A pilot feature, identified as such, may be incomplete and change more frequently. Commitments associated with a paid plan remain governed by the relevant contract.
Section 7
Account creation and security
- Registration information must be accurate, current and accessible to its rightful holder.
- An account is personal; credentials and login links must not be shared.
- Account holders must protect their email account, use the security features offered and report suspicious access immediately.
- They must keep their email address up to date so that they remain contactable and can receive essential notifications.
- Automated accounts, fictitious accounts, multiple accounts used abusively and accounts created in someone else's identity are prohibited.
Any action performed after valid authentication is presumed to come from the account holder, without preventing them from proving fraud or a failure. NLocale never asks for a complete password by email.
Section 8
Organisations, roles and invitations
A business or local authority area may have several roles: owner, administrator, editor, contributor or viewer. Permissions shown in the interface determine the operations allowed. The owner or administrator manages invitations and promptly removes access that is no longer needed.
An invitation is personal, temporary and must not be forwarded. The organisation remains responsible for appointing its members and for their content, without releasing authors from responsibility for their own misconduct. NLocale may suspend disputed access while verifying authority to act.
Section 9
Nature of the editorial service
NLocale helps people discover local places, skills, accommodation, shops, restaurants, activities and events. It combines self-reported information, public sources, editorial checks and visits. Statuses such as “declared”, “verified”, “visited” or their equivalents must not be confused.
A listing may exist before a business claims it where it is based on public information that may lawfully be reused. The relevant holder may request corrections, updates, a listing claim or, where permitted by law, removal of data concerning them.
Section 10
Accuracy, updates and verification
Each contributor warrants that the information they provide is truthful, lawful, current and not misleading. They must promptly report any closure, cancellation or change to opening hours, prices, capacity, contact details, accessibility or admission conditions.
NLocale may request evidence, cross-check a source, edit presentation, date information, add a qualification, refuse publication or unpublish information whose reliability has become doubtful. Editorial approval does not transfer a business's or organiser's own legal responsibility to NLocale.
Section 11
Obligations of businesses and local authorities
Managers of a listing or account area undertake, in particular, to:
- publish their business identity and legally required pre-contractual information;
- hold the authorisations, insurance, licences, declarations and qualifications required for their activity;
- display compliant and understandable prices, taxes, restrictions, availability and conditions;
- comply with rules on consumers, hygiene, safety, accessibility, allergens, alcohol and accommodation where applicable;
- not describe something as official, certified or accredited when it is not;
- respond fairly to enquiries and respect individuals' direct marketing preferences.
Section 12
Publishing and managing events
The organiser is solely responsible for the event's existence, programme, venue, schedule, capacity, prices, ticketing, authorisations, safety, insurance, accessibility and cancellation conditions. They confirm that they hold the rights to the images, names and content published.
Any cancellation or significant change must be reported immediately. NLocale may display an alert, archive an event after its date or retain a non-public history to prevent duplicates, measure activity and resolve disputes.
Section 13
Bookings, orders and quotation requests
When a button opens a messaging service, contact form or external service, it only connects the user with the business. In that introduction, NLocale is neither the seller, accommodation provider, organiser nor agent of either party.
Users must check the recipient's identity, total price, dates, cancellation terms and payment conditions before committing. Any dispute concerning the underlying service must be addressed with that business, without prejudice to reporting it to NLocale.
Section 14
Future integrated booking
Booking, ticketing or payment managed directly in the NLocale back office will be enabled only with specific terms of sale setting out each party's role, price, any commission, payment, cancellation, refunds, after-sales service and responsibilities. Until those terms are presented and accepted, no visible feature should be interpreted as native NLocale booking.
Section 15
Ranking, inclusion and recommendations
Results may be ordered using the user's query and filters, geographical proximity, category, event date, listing completeness and freshness, verification status, editorial relevance and aggregated quality or interest signals. Their weighting may vary by page and search context.
Paid promotion may influence a listing's visibility or position only if it is identifiable as such. It does not purchase a favourable review, fictitious verification or an editorial badge. Unless expressly stated, NLocale does not personalise rankings using a sensitive profile.
A business may ask for the main reasons affecting its inclusion or ranking, report an error or challenge a decision using the contact address. NLocale may demote content that is incomplete, outdated, misleading, unlawful, artificially manipulated or contrary to these Terms.
Section 16
Editorial independence and the Tata Nadège badge
Editorial assessments are separate from the commercial relationship. A subscription pays for specifically advertised services, such as a listing, enhanced content, statistics or visibility, and does not guarantee an article's tone, a recommendation or a permanent organic ranking.
Commissioned, sponsored or workshop-produced content is labelled where its nature could affect public perception. An advertiser cannot dictate an assessment presented as independent.
Section 17
Contributions, reviews and messages
Where a contribution, comment or review feature is available, the author remains responsible for their content. They must describe a genuine experience, disclose any interest or benefit received, and refrain from publishing third-party personal data, unsupported accusations, undisclosed advertising or unlawful statements.
NLocale may display dates, verification status, changes and useful responses. It does not guarantee the absolute authenticity of every contribution but may check, restrict or remove suspicious content. Fake reviews, review exchanges, undisclosed payments and coordinated campaigns are prohibited.
Section 18
Rights in supplied content
Contributors retain their rights and warrant that they created the content or hold all necessary permissions, including those of photographers, identifiable people, artists, brands and private venues. They are responsible for claims arising from content supplied without the necessary rights.
To enable NLocale to operate, contributors grant JAK MOOH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, crop, compress, adapt the format of, translate, display and distribute the content on NLocale and in communications relating to the listing or event. This licence lasts while the content is published and for the reasonable technical period needed for backups, evidence and removal.
Any advertising use independent of the listing or event requires additional permission where not covered by the rights granted. Moral rights remain respected in accordance with the law.
Section 19
Tata Nadège assistance and artificial intelligence
Tata Nadège assists with discovery and writing. Responses may be generated or rephrased using NLocale databases, authorised sources and artificial intelligence models. They may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or wrongly attribute information; users must check the listing and official source before travelling, paying or making an important decision.
- Tata Nadège does not confirm bookings, bind a business or amend contracts. Professional actions through Tonton Jak follow the permissions, MCP mandate and applicable confirmation process.
- It does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency advice.
- Users must not supply secrets, sensitive data, banking details or confidential third-party information.
- Editorial and moderation decisions with a significant impact remain under human control.
- Generated content must not be presented as verified fact or reused in breach of third-party rights.
Section 20
Prohibited uses
In particular, users must not:
- publish unlawful, hateful, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent or privacy-infringing content;
- misrepresent an identity, status, certification, local authority or establishment;
- bypass access controls, search for vulnerabilities without authorisation or disrupt the service;
- introduce malware, send spam or collect contact details without a legal basis;
- automate requests, scrape, substantially extract or reuse the database outside an authorised interface or licence;
- manipulate rankings, statistics, clicks, enquiries, reviews or event registrations;
- resell access, share an account or use systematic copying to compete with NLocale;
- attempt to obtain internal instructions, technical secrets or other users' data through social engineering or attacks on the assistant.
Section 21
Reporting and moderation
Content suspected of being unlawful, misleading or contrary to the Terms may be reported to nadege@nlocale.fr. Reports must include the precise URL or identifier, a reasoned explanation, available supporting evidence, the reporter's contact details and a good-faith statement. Anonymous reports remain possible where permitted by law but may be harder to assess.
NLocale may temporarily hide content where there is a serious risk, request observations, correct a factual point, reduce its distribution, remove it, restrict a feature or suspend an account. Decisions consider the context, severity, recurrence, fundamental rights and available evidence. Where appropriate, reasons and avenues for challenge are communicated to the person concerned.
An internal challenge may be submitted within six months of the decision. NLocale may retain evidence, cooperate with competent authorities and report circumstances where a legal obligation or danger justifies doing so. There is no general obligation to monitor all content before publication.
Section 22
NLocale intellectual property
The NLocale brand belongs to WAKINAH and is used by JAK MOOH with its permission. The visual identity, interface, original text, selections, photographs, databases, software, brands and distinctive signs are protected. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Unless permitted in writing or by a statutory exception, reproduction, adaptation, substantial extraction, republication, automated indexing for competitive purposes and commercial exploitation are prohibited. A simple link to a public page is permitted if it does not create confusion about its origin or imply a partnership.
Section 23
Personal data and communications
Data processing, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, transfers and rights are described in the privacy policy. Users undertake to supply third-party data only where they have a legal basis and have informed the individual where required.
Security, authentication, order and account-operation messages are essential to the service. Promotional communications provide a simple way to unsubscribe and are sent with consent or where permitted by law.
Section 24
Third-party services, links and contracts
NLocale may link to a third-party website, ticketing service, booking platform, map, messaging service or social network. The third party determines its terms, prices, data collection and service security. Users must read these before proceeding.
Unless expressly stated, NLocale does not control or approve all external content and is not a party to contracts entered into with third parties. Broken links or problematic behaviour may be reported for review.
Section 25
Paid plans and visibility
Businesses using the same range of services have access to the published prices without discrimination based on their trade. Different tiers provide different features: a listing, visibility, content, statistics or support. Prices, taxes, commitment period, renewal, payment and cancellation arrangements are those presented before ordering and included in the quotation or terms of sale.
A paid plan does not provide territorial exclusivity or guarantee traffic, enquiries, revenue or a permanent position. Statistics are technical indicators that may be filtered, aggregated, corrected or delayed to exclude bots and anomalies.
Section 26
Independent founder programme
The programme is limited to the first 100 registered businesses whose eligibility and registration are approved, across all sectors and languages combined. One entitlement per business, covering one property for accommodation providers. The 6 months start at actual service activation, not registration. No payment card, automatic charge or automatic paid subscription. NLocale confirms allocation in your application. Registration alone does not guarantee an entitlement.
Section 27
Accommodation, supplements and Tonton Jak
The programme is limited to the first 100 registered businesses whose eligibility and registration are approved, across all sectors and languages combined. One entitlement per business, covering one property for accommodation providers. The six months start at actual service activation, not registration. No payment card, automatic charge or automatic paid subscription.
Direct booking is under development. You can create an account and prepare your free presence. The engine, calendar, synchronisation and private accommodation MCP are not open to the public. No launch date is promised and no charge will be made for an unavailable module. Channex and Nowistay are not connected in production.
Free Showcase includes essential property information, up to 3 approved photos and an external booking link, without a NLocale booking module or private MCP. Accommodation pricing is €49/month excluding VAT for Independent with one property included, plus €29 per additional property; Tonton Jak is €99 with one property included, plus €49 per additional property. Fixed supplements replace percentage discounts for new agreements.
The billed property count, available features, activation date and total amount are confirmed before agreement. A quote simulation, registration or property creation authorises no automatic billing. Accommodation unit prices do not apply to shops or restaurants.
The founder programme provides six months of Independent for one property after actual allocation and activation, without a payment card or automatic paid conversion. Additional properties and Tonton Jak are not automatically included. NLocale commission is 0% on the relevant direct transactions; payment and third-party fees are separate. A request is not a confirmed booking. Channex, Nowistay and other connections are usable only after actual validation and activation.
Tonton Jak is NLocale’s professional AI assistant, according to enabled features, plan, permissions and a limited, revocable MCP mandate. Tata Nadège remains the independent public editorial identity. Calendar or price changes do not retroactively change an agreed booking; sensitive operations follow the applicable approval process.
Guest data, private summaries, teams and payments: read the privacy policy.
Section 28
Local authority plans: prices, term and activation
The commercial names NLocale Présence, NLocale Commune, NLocale Territoire, NLocale Département and NLocale Événements respectively refer to free institutional presence, the municipal programme, the intermunicipal programme, departmental programmes by quotation and the event services described below; the corresponding price bands, capacities and conditions continue to apply.
Institutional Presence remains free indefinitely, with no payment card and no automatic paid upgrade. It guarantees no Tata Nadège recommendation, AI citation, search position or attendance. The authority’s official website remains the reference for its services, procedures and ticketing.
For a municipality not covered by an intermunicipal agreement for the same service, monthly prices excluding VAT are €99 below 2,000 residents, €199 for 2,000–9,999, €299 for 10,000–29,999 and €499 from 30,000. For an intermunicipal body or community tourist office: €999 below 30,000 residents, €1,490 for 30,000–79,999, €2,490 for 80,000–149,999 and €3,490 from 150,000. Departmental programmes require a quotation defining their scope; no automatic departmental package applies.
Monthly plans run for 12 months and are billed monthly. The base amount for 12 months is exactly 12 times the monthly price, with no discount for any agreed annual prepayment. Accepted options and one-off services are added to the quotation. There is no automatic renewal or collection without agreement: every renewal requires a newly accepted quotation.
The agreement identifies the purchasing legal entity, covered municipalities, reference population and INSEE data year. The agreed price and scope remain fixed for the contract period; changes are reviewed at renewal. Any change of scope during the term requires explicit agreement and does not implicitly extend permissions.
The quotation specifies available features, activation dates, prerequisites and permissions. Publishing this price list does not establish that an MCP connection, team access or territorial feature is already active. Social media content, campaigns and bespoke data processing require separate quotations. Existing signed agreements retain their terms; these new plans do not amend them retrospectively.
Section 29
Intermunicipal coverage and no duplicate billing
The intermunicipal agreement includes the member municipalities listed in the quotation for the same service, without an additional municipal invoice. The main package’s event allowance is shared: municipal events count towards the intermunicipal package, without adding individual municipal allowances. Each event retains its own organiser and permissions.
When an intermunicipal agreement takes over the same service, municipal billing ends on the agreed date, no later than the next monthly period after coverage takes effect, without a penalty. The same service is never billed twice for the same period. Prepayments for an unused period receive a credit note or refund under the agreed reconciliation. Events already opened do not consume another credit on transfer but count towards the simultaneous-opening limit.
When the intermunicipal agreement ends, no municipality automatically switches to a paid plan. Free Presence remains; continued paid features require a new explicit agreement. Funding a territory does not grant access to all resident, business or organiser data. A departmental programme covers the department’s own events and expressly delegated scopes, with separate permissions for each participant organisation.
Section 30
Event credits, capacities and options
Per contract year, municipal plans at €99 / €199 / €299 / €499 include respectively 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 events with registrations, with 1 / 2 / 3 / 3 open simultaneously. Intermunicipal packages at €999 / €1,490 / €2,490 / €3,490 include respectively 8 / 12 / 24 / 36 events, with 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 open simultaneously. Any higher capacity is specified in the quotation. Exceeding an allowance requires prior agreement and never triggers automatic billing.
A credit is consumed when registrations first open, not when a draft is created. Reopening the same event does not consume a second credit. If cancelled before any first registration, the credit is restored; once a first registration has been recorded, it remains consumed, except where an incident attributable to NLocale warrants restoration. A closed or cancelled event no longer counts among simultaneously open events.
The central-city option costs €149 excluding VAT per month, solely alongside an intermunicipal agreement, with one option per agreement, for the same buyer and on the same invoice. For 12 months it adds 12 event credits reserved for the designated municipality and 1 simultaneous opening, with the same MCP rights as the main package. These additional credits cannot be used by other municipalities. When added mid-year, it provides 1 credit for each remaining contractual month listed in the quotation and ends on the main agreement’s end date.
A standalone event costs €249 excluding VAT without a subscription, or €149 where covered by an active paid local-authority subscription whose included allowance has been exhausted. This additional purchase does not increase the simultaneous-opening limit; an event already included in the package is not charged again. The events-only option costs €149 excluding VAT per month for 12 months, covering 12 events with 3 open simultaneously; it does not itself include private MCP. Each event allows up to 1,000 admissions across a maximum of 30 sessions. Admissions are not a count of unique people.
Section 31
Permissions, assistants, statistics and exports
Subject to contractual feature activation, read-only MCP is planned for municipal plans from €99 and for intermunicipal packages. Export preparation is planned for the €499 municipal plan and intermunicipal packages from €999; preparing and executing event changes is planned for intermunicipal packages from €1,490. These features remain limited by the mandate, its duration, the authorised organisation and events. Connections are revocable and operations traceable. Editorial publication remains separate from a management change.
Access to statistics does not automatically grant access to contact details. Identifiable records, exports and changes each require permissions suited to the task and operational purpose. Funding, territorial coverage or a technical connection does not replace these permissions or a lawful basis for processing. Accounts are individual; the quotation specifies the number of users, roles and scopes actually available.
The basic private view covers 30 days. Subject to activation and data actually collected, aggregated history covers 12 months for municipal plans from €199 and the €999 intermunicipal plan, then 24 months for intermunicipal packages from €1,490. Missing history is never presented as previously measured data. Available indicators, methodology and coverage are specified; views, clicks, enquiries, registrations and bookings are not equivalent. This history period is not a participant contact-data retention period.
Standard CSV exports within the authorised scope are included when available and activated; bespoke data processing requires a quotation. Private data is excluded from the public catalogue. A compatible assistant may receive only the data necessary for the mandate, subject to its own terms and possible fees. Notifications remain accessible in NLocale; retrieval or automatic delivery depends on the connected client and does not guarantee waking a closed application.
Section 32
Public procurement and invoicing
The buyer determines the public procurement rules applicable to its overall requirement, taking into account the full term, options, any renewals and the services concerned. A monthly price or annual total displayed on the website guarantees no exemption from advertising or competition requirements. Plans must not be used to split a requirement artificially.
The quotation and purchase order specify the buyer’s references, invoicing and payment arrangements. Invoices are submitted through Chorus Pro where applicable. Displaying an offer neither commits a public buyer nor authorises collection.

Section 33
Availability, maintenance and changes
NLocale aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, provider failures, attacks, overload or external events may temporarily restrict the service. Action may be taken without notice in a security emergency.
Where a planned interruption materially affects a paid feature, NLocale endeavours to inform affected accounts. Any guaranteed service levels, backups or compensation are set out exclusively in the applicable offer or contract.
Section 34
Security and user cooperation
NLocale applies reasonable security and access-control measures. Users must cooperate, update their equipment, use a secure network and not bypass protections. Vulnerabilities must be reported confidentially before any public disclosure, with the steps needed to reproduce them and without accessing other people's data.
NLocale may reset a session, revoke a token, require re-authentication or temporarily block an action to protect accounts. These precautions do not constitute an admission of fault or a breach.
Section 35
Liability
Local information
Despite checks, information may become outdated. Users must verify opening hours, access, weather, difficulty, availability, prices and safety conditions with the official source. NLocale does not replace personal judgement or instructions from authorities or organisers.
Third-party services
The business or organiser is responsible for its service, products, premises, staff, commitments, payments and refunds. NLocale is not responsible for non-performance of that contract where its role was limited to publishing a listing or forwarding an enquiry.
Limits permitted by law
Each party is responsible for direct and foreseeable damage resulting from its breaches. No provision limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, breach of essential obligations or where the law prohibits a limitation. For business users, and unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, indirect damage and loss of opportunity, data, margin or reputation are not compensable where they do not result directly from the breach alleged.
Section 36
Force majeure and events beyond control
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by an event meeting the legal criteria for force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, general network failures, decisions by authorities, disasters, conflicts or exceptional cyberattacks reasonably beyond the affected party's control are also taken into account. Affected obligations resume as soon as possible.
Section 37
Suspension and restrictions
NLocale may restrict a feature, unpublish content or suspend an account in the event of a security risk, fraud, disputed authority to act, manifestly unlawful content, a serious or repeated breach, non-payment governed by the terms of sale, an order from an authority or a need to protect a third party.
Except in an emergency or where prohibited by law, the measure is preceded by a warning or accompanied by information about its grounds and an opportunity to remedy or challenge it. It is proportionate to the situation and lifted when its cause no longer applies.
Section 38
Account closure and ending the relationship
An account holder may request closure through the relevant feature or contact address. Closing an individual account does not automatically delete an organisation's data, content attributed to other members, listings derived from public sources or information that must be retained.
An organisation owner must transfer their role before leaving. Ending a paid plan follows the notice period, end date and cancellation arrangements communicated when ordering. Where the law requires an online cancellation feature, it is provided under the conditions set out in the applicable rules.
After closure, access is revoked and data is deleted, anonymised or archived in accordance with the privacy policy. An export of supplied data may be requested before closure, subject to third-party rights, trade secrets and reasonable technical limitations.
Section 39
Communications and electronic evidence
Security logs, acceptance dates, confirmations, emails, content versions and operations recorded under conditions ensuring their integrity may serve as evidence, without depriving a party of the right to challenge their reliability. Account notifications are sent through the interface or to the last email address supplied.
Section 40
Changes to the Terms
NLocale may amend the Terms to reflect legal, technical, editorial or functional developments. The new date appears at the top of the page. A minor correction may take effect upon publication.
A material change affecting an account holder's rights is communicated through appropriate means before it takes effect where required. Fresh acceptance may be requested. Where a disagreement concerns an optional feature, users may stop using it or close their account, subject to existing paid commitments.
Section 41
General provisions
- Failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver.
- If a provision is declared invalid, the others remain applicable; to the extent necessary, it is replaced by a lawful provision with a similar effect.
- Users may not transfer their account or rights without agreement. JAK MOOH may transfer the service as part of a restructuring, provided affected accounts are informed and their rights preserved.
- Headings are provided for ease of reading and do not affect interpretation.
- The French version prevails over any translation, subject to users' mandatory rights.
Section 42
Governing law and dispute resolution
The Terms are governed by French law. Before taking legal action, parties are encouraged to submit a detailed written complaint and seek an amicable resolution within a reasonable period. Users retain the right to approach the competent authority or court at any time where permitted by law.
For consumers, mandatory protective rules and territorial jurisdiction rules remain fully applicable. If NLocale later markets a paid service to consumers, the relevant terms of sale will identify the competent consumer mediator and how to submit a dispute. For businesses and public bodies, jurisdiction is determined under the rules applicable to the nature of the contract and the parties.
Section 43
Contact
Questions, complaints, moderation challenges or account enquiries: nadege@nlocale.fr.
Post: JAK MOOH, NLocale editorial office, 4 rue Paul Doumer, 02000 Laon, France. To help us handle your request, include the account address, relevant URL or organisation and the precise subject of your enquiry, without unnecessary sensitive data.
Section 44
The journal, newsletter and editorial workspace
Le Carnet de Tata Nadège contains articles and features published by NLocale. Articles identify their author, supplied sources, available dates and any partnerships. Tata Nadège is an editorial identity; a meeting or visit is attributed to the person who carried it out.
La Lettre de Tata Nadège is the separate monthly newsletter. Publishing an article does not send an email or subscribe anyone to the newsletter. Consent choices and unsubscribe arrangements remain unchanged.
Contributors use individual accounts and editorial permissions granted by NLocale. Studio and the private MCP connector apply the same permissions. Permission to write does not automatically include publication; actions and versions are retained in the history. A business or territorial subscription grants no right to publish in the journal.
Section 45
Public catalogue and connected AI agents (MCP)
The public MCP catalogue provides published information only, with available sources, links and dates. NLocale is the publisher or distributor; original producers retain attribution. Tata Nadège is an editorial identity, not evidence of a visit. MCP compatibility guarantees no indexing, citation, recommendation or commercial result.
Private MCP management belongs to Tonton Jak (€99/month excluding VAT) for businesses; Independent at €49/month excluding VAT and its founder programme do not include it. For local authorities, scope depends on the plan and features actually activated: reading for paid municipal programmes, with export preparation at €499/month excluding VAT; reading and export preparation at €999/month excluding VAT for intermunicipal authorities, then authorised actions from €1,490/month excluding VAT; departmental scope is quoted individually. Free presence and the events-only programme do not include private MCP. Data access and actions always require an authorised role and a mandate limited to the agreed organisation and operations. A subscription grants no rights over others’ data.
The account holder may authorise reading, preparing or executing specified actions and revoke the connection. Actions outside the mandate require further authorisation; price changes do not change existing commitments without an appropriate process. Actions and results are logged. Exports and attendee access require an authorised role and an event management need, including delegated access.
The selected third-party assistant may receive data needed for authorised operations. The account holder checks compatibility and terms, including any fees. Revocation stops new access; it does not erase copies already sent to third parties. Notifications depend on the connection and provider and are not an emergency alert service. Features, quotas and activation dates are confirmed before agreement; no overage triggers unaccepted charges.
