Hosting and technical services
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, California 94107, United States. Website: netlify.com.
Depending on the features enabled, authentication, database and storage services may be provided by Supabase, and transactional email by Resend once activated. Details of processing, processors and any transfers are set out in the privacy policy.
Section 4
Intellectual property
The website structure, text, selections, graphics, logos, distinctive signs, databases, photographs and editorial content are protected by French and international intellectual property rules. The NLocale brand belongs to WAKINAH and is used by JAK MOOH with its permission. Other elements belong, as applicable, to JAK MOOH, WAKINAH, their authors or their respective licensors.
Any reproduction, substantial extraction, adaptation, republication or commercial use, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission unless a statutory exception applies. Short quotations are permitted when justified, proportionate and accompanied by the source and a link to the page.

Third-party content, brands and links
Brands, photographs and information relating to businesses, local authorities, organisers or partners remain the property of their owners. Their presence on NLocale does not establish an affiliation or commercial endorsement unless expressly stated.
External links are provided to facilitate access to a booking, order, quotation or information. NLocale does not continuously monitor these services and is not responsible for their content, availability or contractual terms.
Section 6
Information and liability
NLocale strives to publish useful, dated and verified information. Opening hours, prices, availability, event programmes, access conditions and offers may nevertheless change without notice. They should be confirmed with the business or organiser before travelling or making a commitment.
Editorial recommendations express an independent assessment at the time of the visit. They do not constitute a guarantee of results or professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Section 7
Reporting an error or unlawful content
Reports may be sent to nadege@nlocale.fr. To enable a review, include your contact details, the relevant URL, the precise nature of the issue, the grounds for your request and, where possible, supporting evidence.
- A difference of opinion alone does not justify removing lawful content.
- Manifestly abusive, incomplete or fraudulent requests may not be acted upon.
- NLocale may retain the information needed to evidence its handling of the report.

The website and this legal notice are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules applicable to the user. The terms of use set out the conditions for using the service, and the privacy policy describes data processing.
