"Les Grandes Absentes" is the second part of "Neiges Éternelles". After a first part devoted to Dalida, Jean-Jacques Goldman and Daniel Balavoine, this new piece stages an imagined meeting between Céline Dion and Mylène Farmer. The show is dedicated to them, but just as much to their fans, described as their best biographers.
The material comes from stories collected from those fans, who talk about their relationship with the songs and with the two stars. On stage, the actresses replay these accounts, twist them and invent what comes next. So this is not a tribute concert but a piece of theatre built from the words of the audience.
