What to expect
About this event
I am inviting you to Laon on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 20:30, to the salle des fêtes of the MAL at 2 place Aubry, for People, a piece by Claudio Stellato.
The setting is simple: a white stage placed in the middle of the audience. Three performers from the visual arts, circus and theatre first appear in an almost ordinary way, like familiar figures whose presence seems unremarkable. Then the bodies change, situations spin out of control and tension builds. Little by little, the performers tip into a liberating madness where all landmarks vanish and chaos seems to take over.
Claudio Stellato offers a sensitive, artistic look at social hardship, without ever preaching or slipping into pathos. He invites us to shift our gaze and question how we picture life on the margins. Out of this instability comes a fragile and unsettling beauty.
The show lasts one hour, from 20:30 to 21:30. Adult tickets cost €12 and the reduced child price is €8.
