What to expect
About this event
I am inviting you to Hirson on Friday 21 May 2027 at 8:30 pm, at the Salle de l'Eden, for « Le grand démontage », a collectively devised piece by the Compagnie du Berger.
The story follows a theatre company at the end of its tether, determined to create a show that will shake up the cultural scene. Rehearsals go on, not without difficulty, around a rather unusual adaptation of a great children's comic book classic. At the start of the final act, dismay wins out over creativity: the whole thing collapses, nothing works, the company does not even hold the copyright, and the town's mayor is furious.
The play is written and performed by Marie Laure Boggio, Jonathan Brychcy, François Decayeux, Séverin Toskano Jeanniard, Olivier Mellor, Rémi Pous, Fanny Soler and Stephen Szekely.
Tickets cost €10 or €2. According to the Pays de Thiérache tourist office, the €2 rate applies in particular to jobseekers, under-18s and students. You can pay by card, in cash or by cheque. The Salle de l'Eden is at 80 rue Charles de Gaulle, and the number given for information is +33 3 23 58 81 33.
