Compagnie Hors Série : SACRE ET BOLÉRO

Here is a dance evening in Soissons on Friday 19 February 2027 at 8 pm: the Compagnie Hors Série presents SACRE ET BOLÉRO at LE MAIL Scène culturelle, 7 rue Jean de Dormans.

Set to scores by Igor Stravinsky and Maurice Ravel, six dancers blend hip-hop and contemporary dance in what is described as an organic piece, driven by the intensity of each movement and the raw energy of the group. In this new work, choreographer Hamid Ben Mahi asks what we are willing to give up or sacrifice in order to exist, to grow and to belong. He draws on his own childhood memories to do so.

The DATAtourisme listing gives prices from €5 to €20, without saying who each price applies to. For more information, the contact address given is lemail@ville-soissons.fr. I have left out the phone number from the listing, as it appears to be incomplete.
