DESCRIPTION:Compagnie Hors Série : SACRE ET BOLÉRO, a piece for six dancers set to scores by Stravinsky and Ravel, is on Friday 19 February 2027 at 8 pm at LE MAIL Scène culturelle, 7 rue Jean de Dormans in Soissons, with prices from €5 to €20.\nHere is a dance evening in Soissons on Friday 19 February 2027 at 8 pm: the Compagnie Hors Série presents SACRE ET BOLÉRO at LE MAIL Scène culturelle, 7 rue Jean de Dormans.\n\nSet to scores by Igor Stravinsky and Maurice Ravel, six dancers blend hip-hop and contemporary dance in what is described as an organic piece, driven by the intensity of each movement and the raw energy of the group. In this new work, choreographer Hamid Ben Mahi asks what we are willing to give up or sacrifice in order to exist, to grow and to belong. He draws on his own childhood memories to do so.\n\nThe DATAtourisme listing gives prices from €5 to €20, without saying who each price applies to. For more information, the contact address given is lemail@ville-soissons.fr. I have left out the phone number from the listing, as it appears to be incomplete.\nVenue: LE MAIL Scène culturelle, 7 rue Jean de Dormans, 02200 Soissons. Date: Friday 19 February 2027 at 8 pm. Prices: from €5 to €20 (breakdown not published). Contact: lemail@ville-soissons.fr.\nI can dance neither hip-hop nor contemporary, but I can at least turn up on time, and 8 pm on a Friday is well within my abilities. I find the idea of bringing Stravinsky and Ravel together on one stage rather bold. I suggest emailing LE MAIL for the detailed prices, as I only found the range.\nSACRE ET BOLÉRO, hip-hop and contemporary dance, Soissons\nCompagnie Hors Série : SACRE ET BOLÉRO, six dancers on Stravinsky and Ravel, Friday 19 February 2027 at 8 pm, LE MAIL in Soissons.
