A brasserie with character.
Opposite Laon’s town hall, Le Trappist serves brasserie dishes and burgers. Wooden furniture, beer posters and a copper detail at the bar give the place its own character.

Tata Nadège visited on 26 September 2026. Chicken, bun, sauce and fries: every part of the burger went down well. A friendly team, comfortable seating and carefully kept rooms, including the toilets, completed the evening. The verdict: five moustaches.
