Séance de sophrologie balade parent-enfant au Musée des Beaux-Arts Antoine Lécuyer

The idea relies on the atmosphere of the place and on walking. You move through the museum while the session combines relaxation, breathing and visualisation exercises. The session is led by Valérie Berton, a certified sophrologist. It takes place indoors and welcomes young people from age 12 with their parent. It runs for one hour, and there is a single price of 5 euros.
