What to expect

About this event

I am taking you to the parc d'Isle in Saint-Quentin for an outing that blends walking, movement and music. The Au présent du Corps association runs its Flow Nature walks, and two dates remain this year: Saturdays 21 November and 12 December 2026.

The idea is an immersive, upbeat walk designed to keep the body in shape and let it relax completely, in tune with the music and with nature. You are guided throughout by Jennifer Rogez, a D.O. osteopath and sports programme designer. No prior experience is needed, which should reassure anyone convinced they have no sense of rhythm.

The meeting point is the Maison du Parc, avenue Léo Lagrange, at 10.30am, for a one-hour outdoor activity. I find it a lovely way to move from autumn into early winter without staying shut indoors.

The outing is free, with registration required. Information and registration are handled by the Maison du Parc, on 03 23 05 06 50 or at parc.isle@casq.fr. The source does not mention any particular clothing, so a quick question when you register will avoid surprises.
