About this event
I am taking you to the château district, impasse du Château in Hirson, on Monday 21 June 2027 from 7 pm for the town's fête de la musique, the French music day.
Every 21 June, this celebration turns the town into open, friendly stages. Born in France in 1982, it celebrates every kind of music, from jazz to brass bands and from choirs to DJs, inviting amateurs and professionals to play outdoors, close to their audience.
In Hirson the tradition is carried on once again by local musicians. The Conservatoire, the wind band, the drum and bugle corps and the Caves à musique follow one another, and the Jeunesse hirsonnaise closes the evening. The invitation is simple: listen, feel the music and join in.
