What to expect
About this event
I am inviting you to the Eden on rue Charles de Gaulle in Hirson on Monday 10 May 2027 at 8.30 pm for Gil Alma revient du futur (Gil Alma is back from the future), programmed as part of the 30th Rencontres Transfrontalières.
Alone on stage, Gil Alma tells what he has seen from 2060, the worst and the best of us. With humour, tenderness and clear-sightedness according to the presentation, he goes back in time to look at our era, our choices, our contradictions and our follies.
Beyond the mistakes and doubts, the show argues that humanity is worth it, as long as we keep the ability to hope, to get back up and to reach out. The presentation speaks of the artist's return to Hirson and of a funny, touching and hopeful journey through time. Benoit Joubert directs.
Tickets cost €10, or €2 for jobseekers, under-18s and students, among others. Information on +33 3 23 58 81 33.
