About this place
Above the Aisne valley, the fort preserves gun positions, a powder magazine, barrack courtyard and many galleries. Explore military architecture in a place with outdoor spaces rather than a conventional museum room. Family trails are also offered, with arrangements separate from admission.

Follow the signs from Chivres-Val. The fort warns that some satnavs send drivers through Condé-sur-Aisne on an impassable road. Bring sturdy shoes and a warm layer for covered areas.
