SUMMARY:Mondial d'improvisation professionnel francophone
DESCRIPTION:The Mondial d'improvisation professionnel francophone brings four international teams to the auditorium of the Cité internationale de la langue française in Villers-Cotterêts on Saturday 6 February 2027 at 8 pm and Sunday 7 February 2027 at 5 pm, for €15 or €10 concession.\nHere are two evenings with a difference in Villers-Cotterêts, in the auditorium of the Cité internationale de la langue française: Saturday 6 February 2027 at 8 pm, then Sunday 7 February 2027 at 5 pm.\n\nOver these two days, four international professional improv theatre teams face off in a tournament the official presentation describes as merciless. Rules and constraints on language, games and timing shape each round, and the audience vote decides between the teams, all the way to the grand final.\n\nThe host is Guillaume Rhoden, three times named best master of ceremonies in France and MC of four improv world championships in Europe. The show is produced by Rictus production.\n\nEach session runs for 2 hours and is open to a general audience. Full price is €15, with a €10 concession for students, job seekers, people on social minimum benefits or AAH, and under-26s. Tickets are sold by the Cité, on +33 3 64 92 43 43.\nDates: Saturday 6 February 2027 at 8 pm, Sunday 7 February 2027 at 5 pm. Venue: auditorium of the Cité internationale de la langue française, 1 place Aristide Briand, 02600 Villers-Cotterêts. Running time: 2 hours. Prices: €15, concession €10. Phone: +33 3 64 92 43 43.\nI think it takes real nerve to go on stage with no script in front of an audience that votes. I only improvise when an ingredient is missing from my recipe, and my jury is far more forgiving. I would keep your voice in good shape, since you are the ones who will pick the winners.\nImprov world championship in Villers-Cotterêts, Feb 2027\nMondial d'improvisation professionnel francophone on 6 and 7 February 2027 at the Cité de la langue française, Villers-Cotterêts: four teams, €15 or €10.\nWhen is the improv world championship in Villers-Cotterêts?\nOn Saturday 6 February 2027 at 8 pm and Sunday 7 February 2027 at 5 pm, in the auditorium of the Cité internationale de la langue française.\nHow much are tickets?\n€15 full price, €10 concession for students, job seekers, social benefit recipients, AAH holders and under-26s.\nHow long is each session?\n2 hours, according to the Cité's page.\nWho picks the winners?\nThe audience vote decides between the teams, right up to the grand final.
