DESCRIPTION:Regard(s) vers le(s) haut(s) is a free-access outdoor photography exhibition by Fernanda Sanchez Paredes, shown on the rear railings of Saint-Quentin town hall until 30 November 2026.\nLet me take you to Saint-Quentin, behind the town hall on place Coligny, where the building's outer railings have become an open-air gallery for Regard(s) vers le(s) haut(s), a photography exhibition whose title invites you to look upwards.\n\nThe pictures are by Fernanda Sanchez Paredes. Between 2023 and 2024 she travelled through sixteen areas of Hauts-de-France that carry the national "towns and lands of art and history" label, capturing the richness and variety of their heritage. The project was commissioned by the regional cultural affairs directorate to mark the label's 40th anniversary. Some of the images focus on architectural restoration in these areas, and the exhibition follows that thread.\n\nAccess is free, from 10 October to 30 November 2026.
